WHAT ARE CATCH-ALL DOMAINS?

Whether the email address is legitimate or incorrect, Catch-All domains always receive a valid answer from the SMTP server. Some mail servers use this to protect actual email addresses from being harvested from their SMTP server.

WHAT ARE ABUSE EMAILS?

Abuse emails belong to users who have a tendency of marking email they receive as “Spam.” These are what we refer to as “high-risk” emails. If you send them an email, they may click the “Spam” link, which may damage your mailing reputation. Furthermore, these people contribute to your emails being delivered to the spam/bulk folders or, worse, not at all.

How do we recognize them? We have connections in place that provide us with this data. They’re typically collected via Feedback loops or individual OPT-Out buttons in people’s emails.

HOW DO I CONTACT LISTCLEAN?
